At Max, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Max account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with their original packaging and tags into the shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
